Returns & Exchanges
At Access Denied, we want you to be fully satisfied with your streetwear; if your fit isn't right, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All items must remain in original condition with security tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and securely package your items in their original box.
Drop Off Package
Hand over your package to the designated courier service or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of receiving your label.
Receive Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
